In March 1972 the ‘Invitation World Squash Doubles Championship Spectacular’ was played in England. It was played as a round robin between Australia, Egypt, Pakistan and Great Britain, featuring the pairs on this front cover.

Three pairs played back and front, except Egypt who used sides, and the finishing order was 1. Australia, 2. Egypt, 3. Pakistan, 4. GB. (Protective eyewear had not been mandated for doubles play back then).
